Description
Lentils are edible seeds from the legume family. They are well known for their lens shape and sold with or without their outer husks intact. They are small, round, lens-shaped legumes, not beans. With the rich, spicy notes of cumin and allspice, as well as the refreshing flavours of lemon juice and mint.
