Cracked at the moment of production and no added water. Gently kneaded, monitored for moisture content and elasticity, it has a chewy texture with elasticity to cradle sauce. USES
Suggested Usage
Perfect to stir fry. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok before cooking. Once oil is hot add the egg noodles. Stir continuously. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. To stir fry High heat 3-4 mins.
