Description
Cannellini beans are a type of kidney beans. The taste is similar to Great Northern beans or Navy beans. They are extremely popular in Italian cuisine, also known as "Italian white kidney beans" or "fasolia beans". They resemble kidney beans in size and shape, but are creamy off-white in color.

Suggested Usage
To prepare dried beans, soak overnight, bring to a boil and simmer 1½ to 2 hours.
