Lavender flowers are bluish-purple flower buds that have an intensely aromatic scent & characteristic lavender flavour. Great for cooking, drinking and household uses.

Suggested Usage

Prepare as tea, put a small handful of herbs into a cup. pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 Tbsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately. Especially great with Earl Grey.

They can be added to bath and pillow to add extra relaxation and smell sweet.Perfect forrecipe infusions too.
