Mulled wine, also known as spiced wine, is an alcoholic drink usually made with red wine, along with various mulling spices and sometimes raisins, served hot or warm. It is a traditional drink during winter, especially around Christmas.

Ingredients
Apple Rings(DF20), Dehydrated Orange(DF60), Dehydrated Lime(DF59), Cinnamon Ground(SP26), Aniseed Star(SP09), Cinnamon Quills(SP01),  Cane Sugar(BA24), Nutmeg Ground(SP57), Bay Leaves(SP13)

Steps

1. Put all spice and a bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan and give them a quick stir.
2. Heat until the wine almost reaches a simmer over medium-high heat.
3. Cover completely, and let the wine simmer for 5-10 minutes.
4. Strain and enjoy your mulled wine!
