Suggested Usage
Chickpeas are a noted ingredient in many Middle Eastern and Indian dishes. They can be cooked and eaten cold in salads, added to soups and stews to fill them out, or made into a delicious hummus paste.
Dried chickpeas require a long cooking time of 1-2 hours, however this can be shortened if soaked for 12-24 hours beforehand.
