USES
Suggested Usage
Dates are wonderful when entertaining or as a quick snack. Dates are great in raw food recipes or baked goods and sweet or savoury dishes likeon a cheese and fruit plate or with dips and crackers.
A wonderful natural sweetener in many recipes. Chopped dates are delicious added to smoothies, muesli and porridge or include them with seeds and nuts in a Hikers mix.Also as ahint of sweet to hearty vegetarian dishes. Diced dates are a lovely addition when making homemade nut butters for additional sweet taste and chewy consistent.
