Organic Camargue Red Ricehas a nutty flavour, a slightly sticky, separating and fluffy texture. One of the purest and the richest in some of the essential nutrients that are needed for the body. With high nutrient contentwith the germ of the rice is left intact.Itcan be served with a variety of foods or simply eaten on its own. It is most commonly associated with Asian dishes but it brings a wonderful flavour and aroma to any number of sweet or savoury dishes.

USES
Suggested Usage
Red rice can be served as a side or base for Asian-inspired curries, stir-fries and soups. It can also be used to replace all other types of rice in many different recipes, including fresh salads, rice puddings.Create delectable rice balls or use to add a unique flavour and colour to paella and pilaffs.
To cook, add a1:2 ratio of riceto cold water to the boil over medium to high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let simmer for 12-15 minutes or until tender and fully. Drain then gently fluff with a fork and cover to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
