Description

Dried Free Range Egg Fettuccine pasta produced in Australia using the traditional method for a rough texture that holds sauce beautifully, with thicker and wider size. Made with durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, cracked at the moment of production and no added water. Gently kneaded, monitored for moisture content and elasticity, it has a chewy texture with elasticity to cradle sauce.

USES

Suggested Usage

Perfect to stir fry. Heat 15 ml of oil in a frying pan or wok before cooking. Once oil is hot add the egg noodles. Stir continuously. Check if the food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. To stir fry High heat 3-4 mins.

Storage

Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

Refrigeratoris recommended.
