Winemaking:
Manual harvesting of white and red varieties together. De-stemmed grapes. Unoacked wine, with 9 months aging in stainless steel.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Jaen,Rufete,Alfrocheiro,Encruzado,Fernão Pires,Bical

Tasting Notes:
Bright and open colour. Wine with personality, however it is light and fruity, with an intense aroma of red fruits, such as raspberry and wild strawberry.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with mushrooms risotto , pastas and oven fish dishes.
