Born on schist slopes, among stones, cistus, thyme and rosemary flowers. Pure, authentic, complex and elegant, the perfect expression of a World Heritage landscape !

Vineyard  3 vineyard plots located in Douro Superior, with average ages between 30 and 40 years. Shale soils with some clay outcrops.

Manual harvest  , in mid-September. 

Vinification  In a traditional granite winery, with foot treading and controlled temperature. Interned in Cuba for 1 year.
