USES

Suggested Usage

ShortGrain Brown Riceis wonderful as a side dish served with Asian inspired soups, curries and stir-fries, and slow-cooked meals.Or serve with fresh berries, yoghurt or stewed fruit, make it into sweet rice pudding for breakfast, snacks or dessert with nutmeg, cinnamon and a dash of maple or coconut syrup.

To cook, add a 1:1.5 ratio of rice to cold water with a pinch of salt then bring to the boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let simmer for 12-15 minutes or until tender and fully. Drain then gently fluff with a fork and cover to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
