Produced with the Jaen variety, from several plots of old vines, granite and clay, cultivated in an ecological way, respecting its terroir of origin. After rigorous selection of the grapes still on the vine, they were transported to the cellar in small perforated boxes. The natural vinification took place, partly in stainless steel vats with temperature control, and partly with aging in barrels, during the year, with the elaboration of the next batch continuing. About 3000 bottles were produced. Bottling in February 2020.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color with purple reflections. Intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, jam and plums. In the mouth it shows a lively character, with well-matured firm tannins, great complexity and a long finish. Freshness and elegance typical of Dão, combined with the very personalized character resulting from the presence of old vines.
