Sound, ripe, red tomatoes are washed, hand selected, halved, rewashed, deatered and dehydrated. Once dried, product is sorted.Dried tomato halveshave a lovely rich red colour, a salty taste and a firm yet chewy consistency, they can be soaked in a little water to soften before use too.Sweet as any tomato, a great complement to many savory dishes.

Suggested Usage
