Hard White Wheat is a Non-GMO variety with no major genes for bran colour as traditional red wheat does. Therefore its bran is both lighter in colour and sweeter in flavour.?It has?a less acidic taste means that baked goods will require less added sweetener to attain the same level of sweetness when baking with traditional flour.
