Description
Potato starch is made fromorganically grown potatoes, which the potato have been crushed, mixed with water to extract the starch. Then dehydrated to form potato starch flour.It is a light and very fine flour,functioning kind of like soluble fibre.Potato starch also improves the texture and adds moisture to baked dishes.

Suggested Usage
It adds soft, light and moist texture to the baked goods. Wonderful baking and cooking ingredient that act as a thickening agent and gives smooth texture to the dishes, which it can replace corn starch and wheat flour.
Great addition to sauces, soups and gravies to give them a little more texture.Best combined with gluten-free flours as it binds with the other ingredient and improves the structure and texture too.
It is also popular in sweet baking or savoury cooking due to its light consistency and slightly sweet flavour.
