Description

The grapes are transported in 20kg boxes and subjected to screening in a sorting table. After de-stemming, the grapes are partially crushed and move on to the fermentation vats. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Ageing for 20 months in French oak barrels, 50% new.

Fresh fruit, with cherry and blackberry notes, married with barrel notes. Good acidity, which gives it great gastronomic amplitude. There is no words to describe this great wine.

Store and Serve Advices

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
