Italian Fusilli organic pasta made using a low temperature method and is slow dried to ensure optimum nutritional quality. They haveplenty of nutrition and a yummy, earthy taste.Shaped like curly spirals, often served with thicker sauces asthe grooves in the pasta trap sauce.

USES
Suggested Usage
This pasta can be used in all pasta recipes. Can be includedin pasta salads combined with fresh seasonal vegetables, and serve with pasta sauce.
To cook fusilli, cover it in boiling water with a pinch of salt and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until al dente, stir it to ensure the pieces are not sticking to one another.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
