How to use

Apply a finger-tip sized amount to wrists, inner thigh or top of breast. Apply daily for menopausal symptoms. For PMT symptoms apply daily the week before your period and the week of.

Recommendation

Using Wild Yam Cream regularly (as per instructions) for 2-3 months minimum for optimum results. Some women have told us that they noticed the effect the cream was having when they stopped using it (and then quickly restarted!).
