Osmanthus Oolong Tea

Hot brewing: brew the tea bag with 300ml of hot water at about 90℃ for about 3-5 minutes, then you can drink it.
Cold brew: Put the tea bag in the bottle, add 500ml of room temperature water, shake the container gently to make the tea fully absorb the water, refrigerate it for about 6-8 hours before drinking. Low-temperature water brewing tea contains less caffeine and is suitable for people whose sleep is easily affected by caffeine. You can adjust the soaking time according to your personal taste for the intensity of taste, but it should not be soaked for more than one day. It is recommended to drink the tea within two days after brewing.
